There are several types of anxiety disorders. There is no one treatment appropriate for all anxiety disorders. Learning whether the anxiety is generalized or related to stressful events, panic, phobias, medical or psychological disorders is important in deciding a treatment plan.

PNP Assessment for Anxiety Disorders

Basic Protocol:

PNP Basic Skill Development

While at the Lawlis Peavey PNP Center assessment strategies for managing situations which produce anxiety will be demonstrated and practiced. Self-work or homework assignments will be given to further the development for self-skill management.
